Shipping & Delivery

All full crates are shipped directly from our main distribution centre in Colchester, Essex, where our containers are unloaded. By shipping directly to you from the source, we eliminate additional transport legs and pass those direct savings on to you.

Delivery Rates

• Economy Delivery: FREE (England & Wales) | 3–5 working days.

• Express Delivery: £30.00 | 1–2 working days.

SINGLE SLAB(s) - ONE SIZE 

Minimum order is one slab - order what you need, the economy delivery charge will be worked out during checkout.

Suppose you want to buy 5 slabs in total in 3 different sizes

First, add them all to your basket - do not check out at this stage

Once you are happy with the products in your basket, proceed to checkout 

This way all items will attract one single delivery charge based

We like to keep things simple so here are the main terms 

Prices 

• All prices include VAT

• We will issue a proforma invoice, once cleared funds are received a full VAT invoice will be issued shortly after the order has been shipped

Logistics & Offloading

• Service: All deliveries are kerbside only.

• Equipment: Offloading is completed via a manual or automatic pump truck.

• Note: Please ensure the delivery surface is level and solid to allow for a safe pump truck offload.

In short: No—to protect your margins.
